About the artist

Worn by Jules Le Bihan, passionate about theater and a lover of surprising narrative processes.

Born in 1994.

In 2013 , set design for Spring Awakening by F. Wedekind for the co. of the Chat Noir theatre. Played 2 years at the Pixel theater in Paris, at the OFF of the Avignon festival, in St-Malo, Vichy, Nancy and at th. de la Bastille for the 2015 Rideau Rouge festival (prize for best staging).

Until 2016 , worked for UpCycly , an eco-responsible design start-up: design of structures from recycled materials and animation of manufacturing workshops.

In 2017 , he volunteered at the Bread and Puppet Theater (USA), where he created Sous le Parachute ( Créart'Up Prize 2017 from the City of Paris & Medal of Honor 2018 from the City of Paris) as well as three short forms that make up the show The Evening Proofs . That year, he also collaborated with two Moroccan authors, Imane Djamil and Hajar Chokairi for the performance Entre-vues at the Escales Liées 2018 festival (at the Venice Biennale and at the Parc de la Villette in Paris).

Since 2018 , founded and develops Holophore , a creative kit to realize and project stories in holograms. 1st prize in the Les Entrep' 2019 competition (Île-de-France), in competition with 13 inspiring projects. Continuously meets today with a successful reception from the public: exhibitions, workshops and events throughout France.

Since 2021 , Jules has been working regularly with Les Allumeurs de Rêves , an essential video mapping studio in France (and particularly in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes) having illuminated the most beautiful monuments in the region and beyond. Graphic design, as well as iconographic and historical research, are notably the components of its missions.
